Siddhartha Khandelwal is the CEO and founder of Walkbeat, a start-up with a mission to make high-quality gait analysis accessible to all, in everyday life. He was named one of the top 100 innovators of 2019 by Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences for developing an objective pattern – Walkbeat, with the potential to standardize quality of gait for both humans and animals. 

His drive and Walkbeat’s innovative approach to alleviate a growing global health issue of mobility disorders has been recognized with numerous awards such as VentureCup, Swedish Embedded Award, SKAPA Priset (Halland) and Walkbeat was awarded the best young idea of 2022 by Företagarna | Swedish Federation of Business Owners.

Sid holds a PhD in Signals and Systems and has a background in robotics.
